2. Colors available:                                                                                                                             

Purplish red, bright red, brick red, sky blue, grey, dark green, golden etc. or customized. Customized colors can be supplied with big order.

 3. Features:                                                                                                                                        

 a.  Excellent Weather-Resistance: The surface material is ASA which is super weather resistance engineering resin, ensure lasting beautiful color even under the conditions of longtime espousing in UV, humidity, hot,cold and impacting, etc.

    b. Excellent Corrosive Resistance: Can be long-term resist acid, alkali, salt and other chemical corrosion.

    c. Excellent Loading Resistance Property: Our Synthetic Resin Roof Tiles are with excellent loading resistance property.

    d. Excellent Impact Resistance: 1 kg steel ball falling from 1.5m height onto our roof tile makes no cracking or stripping, no damadge with 10 shock performace under  low temperature.

    e.  Excellent Insulation Properties : Using insulating material and is much safer than steel sheet at the areas of thunderstorm and near high voltage line. 

    f.  Good Fire Resistance

    g. Good Sound Insulation: Noise is 30 DB lower than color steel sheet.

    h. Environment Friendly:  Neither asbestos nor radioactive element, can be completely recycled to meet the requirement of environment protection.

4. Installation:                                                                                                                                                                           

 a.  Purlin can be square tube (60x40x3mm)or C steel (100x50xx20x3mm) or anti-corrosion wood (60x40mm).

 b.  The space between purlins is 660mm and the purlin are arranged from bottom to top.

 c.  Refer to the local wind direction, and install the main roof tiles in the reverse wind direction, overlap one wave, and do it on both sides at the same time.

 d. Installation of main ridge: Cut  a part of the first main ridge before installing.

e. The lap-joint places between the main ridge and  diagonal ridge should be sawed to be smooth, after finishing installation of main ridge and diagonal ridge, and then to install three-way ridge.

 f. When fixing, drill a hole first by electric drill, the aperture is 2mm bigger than hook screws. It is recommended to choose 6.3mm self-tapping screws and our special waterproof accessories.

2.What machine do you use to install the screws?

Portable electric drill.

3. How to install the roof sheet and roof tile?

Overlap, on the vertical direction overlap 150-200mm, on the horizontal direction overlap one wave.

4.What is the temperature limit of the environment that your roof can be used?

Temperature range: From Minus 35 degree to 72 degree

5.What color can you produce?

White, blue, brick red, green, grey etc, same as our color swatch. If you need special color, please provide sample.

6.Does you charge for the samples?

According to our company policy, we just sent free samples to customers while the customers bear the freight fees.

7. Can you produce according to customers'design?

Sure, we are professional manufacturer,OEM are welcome . But the beginning you need pay the mould open fees,after certain quantity, the open mould fees will be returned as product.
